Project aim
To increase public knowledge and understanding about e-mobility issues, creating favourable conditions for faster e-mobility development in Latvian that will reduce GHG emissions from internal combustion engine vehicles, and thus contribute to climate change mitigation.
Project main activities
The current situation research:
– municipal and public survey on e- mobility issues
Preparation of informative materials:
– handbook about e-mobility for municipalities
– info sheets about electrical vehicles and e-bikes for inhabitants
– information for school children
– project web-site
Dissemination of information:
– training seminars for municipal specialists
– public awareness campaign in municipalities
– conferences and workshops for a wider audience
– competition about e-mobility among school children
– thematic TV spots and publications
Project target groups:
– municipalities and enterprises
– educational institutions and school children
– wider public.
